Roger Guertner Memorial Scholarship
Description:
This scholarship is established in memory of Roger Guertner by parents, Delbert and Marvel Guertner, as well as his sister, Roxie Strong, and other family and friends to provide scholarships to undergraduate students enrolled in the Mathematics Department.
Criteria:
The recipient(s) shall be interested in using their mathematics education in engineering, business, and/or management applications.This may be demonstrated through their personal statement and/or a second major of minor in these fields. Preference shall be given to students who enjoy playing golf. Secondary preference will be for students interested or involved in other sports.
