Description:

Awarded to full-time, incoming freshmen majoring in biological sciences, with an interest in conservation and ecology and a desire to work for the U.S. National Park Service or the U.S. Forest Service.

Criteria:

The scholarship recipient(s) shall be an incoming, full-time first year student who may or may not have class status of freshman or sophomore due to Advance Placement courses or other college level course credits taken during high school. The recipient(s) shall additionally have an interest in conservation and ecology. Preference will go to a student(s) with U.S. National Park Service or U.S Forest Service career goals, however this is not a requirement.
