Thomas A. Jones Graduate Fellowship

Description:

This fellowship was established by alumnus Dr. Thomas A. Jones to support graduate students in the College of Natural Sciences who are developing quantitative tools to advance research in applied interdisciplinary areas.

Criteria:

1) Graduate students enrolled within the College of Natural Sciences 2) Developing advanced quantitative tools (or utilizing existing tools in a novel manner) to advance research in applied interdisciplinary areas such as ecology, evolutionary biology, or genomics 3) Students from any department within the College of Natural Sciences including the quantitative sciences (e.g. computer science, mathematics, statistics), or the disciplinary area of the applied research (e.g. biology, biochemistry, physics, chemistry and psychology)
